The MidCoast Council region is fundraising to support those in their community who were impacted by the flooding across the NSW Mid North Coast and Hunter region.

Homes and businesses in the MidCoast have been inundated, and people have been displaced and left with nothing. Recovery is going to take a long time. For those who want to support residents of the MidCoast Council region, donations can be made here.

Donations will go to the New South Wales Flooding appeal, and will be used to purchase essential items and services for those affected. 100% of publicly donated money received by GIVIT for this appeal is used to buy exactly what’s needed, when it’s needed. Where possible, GIVIT buys locally to support the economic recovery of impacted regions.

GIVIT is working in partnership with the New South Wales Government, local councils and recovery organisations to help people in NSW affected by storms and flooding get the essential goods and services they need. The video below shows how GIVIT helps during recovery from natural disasters.
