Help me support people impacted by the floods

This year I’d like you to join me in helping people impacted by the catastrophic floods of 2022, which have devastated large areas of Northern NSW.

Communities have been annihilated, people distraught, lives have been lost, thousands of people and animals have been displaced and left with absolutely nothing. Recovery is going to take a very, very long time and generosity is needed from kind, caring people like you.

Please find it in your heart to reach deep into your pockets and give with compassion, for those who are still in distress, caused by these unprecedented floods.  The impact of your contribution will help many people, single parents, elderly, grandparents, orphaned children, families and many more.  Your generous gift will immensely aid the recovery process, helping to rebuild lives, homes, businesses and communities.

Donations will go to GIVIT’s Storms and Flooding Appeal, and will be used to purchase essential items and services for those affected. 100% of publicly donated money received by GIVIT for the Storms and Flooding Appeal is used to buy exactly what’s needed, when it’s needed. Where possible, GIVIT buys locally to support the economic recovery of impacted regions.

GIVIT is working with the New South Wales Governments, as well as support organisations, charities, outreach teams and community groups to identify exactly what’s needed to help people recover.
