Let's support those affected by disasters in Victoria

Bay to Bushfire Benefit

Supporting Victorian Bushfire Relief

This year’s bushfires across Victoria have left a trail of devastation — homes destroyed, livestock and crops lost, wildlife displaced, and communities facing the enormous challenge of rebuilding.

While we’re fortunate to be somewhat removed from the worst of it here on the Mornington Peninsula, we believe this is an opportunity to step up and support those doing it tough.

The Bay to Bushfire Benefit is a community fundraising event bringing everyone together to raise funds for the bushfire recovery effort.

The day will feature live music, raffles, a live auction, and donation-based food and drinks, with many local businesses already contributing prizes and experiences to help raise funds.

All monetary donations will be made directly to GIVIT’s Bushfire Appeal, a registered Australian charity that works with recovery organisations to provide practical support to communities affected by disasters. Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.

Whether you donate, attend the event, or simply help spread the word, every bit of support helps make a difference.

Together we can show the strength of our community and help those affected begin the road to recovery.

Event: Bay to Bushfire Benefit

Getting involved!

Monday 9th Mar

How can you get involved?

If you're a business — we are still accepting donations for raffle prizes and auction items. Big or small, it all goes a long way!
We are also looking for hospitality businesses that may be able to donate food or drinks for the event.

If you're an individual — come along on the day, spread the word, reshare social media posts, buy a raffle ticket, or bid in the auction!

If you'd like to volunteer your time, or think you could help in another way, please get in touch — we’d love to hear from you.
